Reasons to get involved in this profitable niche…

Ninety percent of Americans want to eat well, and think they are eating well.

You can play into that desire by providing them information about eating healthfully and giving them easy to purchase products that will support their good health.

Another group of people ripe for this niche are parents of young children.

People develop their food preferences when they are quite young, so parents try to expose their children to as many healthy and delicious foods as possible when they are young.

The healthy cooking niche is worth over $143 billion.

Capturing just a fraction of a percent of this market will be very lucrative for you.

Healthy cooking is not a one-time purchase.

Once people find healthy recipes and products they like, they are inclined to continue to purchase them.

Not to mention all the new recipe and cook books and over priced equipment they're going to need.

People love to buy new 'toys' whenever they get involved with something new so there's lots of money being spent that YOU can pocket.

Clickbank has 256 products related to healthy cooking, from meal plans to cookbooks to specialized diets.

Most of these products are relatively inexpensive and although that means less per sale for you, the low price is not likely to be a barrier to purchase for most people.

There are over 13 million blogs and blog posts about healthy cooking.

This is clearly a topic that holds the attention of many people.

It will be easy to build your site with so much information already available to you.

There is also substantial opportunities for things like guest posting. lists just under 31,000 products related to healthy cooking so you'll be able to sell to these people forever.

These products range from cookbooks to appliances to apps to specific healthy foods so you can hook them in with something small then sell more and more higher priced products to them.

There is something for everyone here.

Picture your bank balance getting fatter as your target audience get thinner. 😉

    Hi Stuart,

Thank you for this article, it's very informative however, I'm having a little trouble understanding how to get into this niche. I see the searching for related healthy food terms in Google Keyword Planner are quite high, but when I do a search for say "healthy cooking" there are 198,000,000 results. This is a crazy amount to compete with no?

Also do you check your search result in Google with or without quotation marks?

    Many thanks Stu,

Hi Stuart, thanks of this info this is amazing I know as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist I know the demand. I have the knowledge about this my issue right now is how to market it online. I am not good in computer so my questions are. Is getting a domain name is the first step ? Then setting up a website? Then how can I get those opt in page and e book and down loaded into my email? I sign up with plrassassin for free e book. Or can I copy your link? Thanks,Estela

      Hey Estela,

You need web hosting (HostGator is cheap but not the best, WPEngine is expensive but better), a domain name (NameCheap is great), then once that's set up you install WordPress from your hostings control panel, get a nice premium theme (Thrive Themes or Studiopress is a good bet), and an autoresponder for your email marketing (Aweber).

You can create opt in pages in your website or use a tool like LeadPages. OptinMonster is also a great plugin for capturing email addresses.

I wouldn't use PLR as is, you'd have to modify it / re-write it at the least. As you know the topic well you'd be much better creating your own incentive. Think of a common problem people in the niche have and write a short report that solves it.

Copy what link? You can't take any information from this site and re-use but you can get ideas and inspiration from it.
